El formulario de inscripción será válido solamente después de haber enviado una copia de la película para el proceso de preselección en formato DVD ( ntsc o pal ) acompañado de un CD con al menos 2 fotografías del film y una fotrografía del director con un mínimo de 300 DPI’s de resolución (formato JPEG de preferencia). La copia de preselección y el CD con las fotos deberían llegar a las oficinas del festival hasta el 2 de febrero del 2009.

The entry form will be valid only after you have sent a preview copy of the film in DVD format (ntsc or pal) along with a CD with at least 2 photo stills from the film and a filmmaker’s photo with a minimum of 300 DPI (JPEG format preferably). The preview copy and the CD with the photos should be in the festival office by Feb 2, 2009..

ATENCIÓN   /    ATTENTION

   Al enviar el formulario de inscripción usted acepta las regulaciones del festival y además:

- Si su película es seleccionada, se podrán utilizar imágenes de la misma en cualquiera de las publicaciones del festival, su página web y cualquier otro material promocional del festival.

- Si su película es seleccionada, se podrán utilizar hasta 3 minutos de la misma en la página web del festival y en cualquier otro material promocional del festival. En el caso de los cortometrajes se podrá utilizar solamente hasta el 10% del total de duración del mismo.

- El festival puede conservar la copia DVD enviada para el proceso de preselección en su videoteca, en donde estará disponible solamente para propósitos educacionales y culturales sin fines de lucro.

 

    By submitting the entry from you agree with the festival regulations and the following:

 - If your film is selected, images from the film could be used in any of the festival publications, its website or any other promotional material.

 - If your film is selected, up to 3 minutes of the film could be used on the festival website and any other promotional material. In the case of shortfilms only up to 10% of the total running time could be used.

 - The film festival can keep the submitted preview DVD for its video library and it will be available for non-profit educational and cultural purposes only.
